We are east of Sweetwater, south end I-10. Seeing deer, just no shooters. Young bucks is all.

Turkeys, yotes at feeders and hogs, hogs, hogs,hogs,hogs, hogs, hogs, and hogs. Yeah smh

We’ll be out sweating this weekend too. If all else fails I’ll shoot a couple pigs! Good thing we got the kiddos on some deer in the nice weather last weekend!

havent hunted since second week of bow season and our bucks that had been patternable (I think thats a word) disappeared around the first of oct. Im hoping that because most of our wheat had popped up nicely and not because our neighbor is MLD and get pretty aggressive early in the season.

On the topic of wheat, we've had to plow under a few fields and spray a couple larger fields like crazy due to army worms. Hope no one else having to deal with this, its an expensive nuisance. We are northern callahan, southern shackelford. Will be heading back up soon and hopefully some people hunting this trainwreck of an opening weekend will bump some bucks our way. good luck guys and girls!

This full moon has lots of deer moving tonight. Got to the lease around 11:00 and saw at least 3 on the roads...

We saw a bunch of deer moving yesterday evening from 5:00 on. Pigs also.
We are between Burkett and Coleman.
