Which do you prefer and why

Overhead rack Or the vertical mounts that secure to the floor?

Any pros or cons to either

My dad had the floor mount and it is always in the way. I have the overhead and like it. I'm sure it's a personal preference.

Seat Mount

I know you said floor or roof, but I have this, it is soft and I like it.

Overhead. I need 3 seats and guns more often than not.

But I dont have any of the overhead mounts pictured. It holds one gun and is mounted to rear part of the roll bar. Its the kind the guy at the TTHA show sells out of the booth with the flopping atv

I have an overhead and like it except when I need to get on the gun quick. I have thought about adding the one diamond posted. It looks easy to remove when I need the seat space.

This right here. Have one in my Polaris and my hunting truck. Have never liked the idea of the muzzle of a gun pointed anywhere near my head like the floorboard model does.

In a hard case in the bed of my Can Am for me. I don't like cleaning dust of my guns for 3 days after I get done hunting.

Overhead. I have one made by Sure Grip Racks that is adjustable and I can put my bow in it also.

This is what I have and I really like it. I want the rifle barrels pointed down and easy access.
