I use a similar angle precision system.

For the kind of mirror image you're showing I use the work sharp belt sharpener.

I like it a lot but have been thinking of getting a warthog for it's simplicity and ease of use.

I’m pretty sure I have one barely used I’ll make you a hell of a deal on. I just started a 14 day hitch so it will be a bit before I get back by the house. I’ll let you know.

Wicked Edge for the angle profile and initial sharpening, then touch up quickly with a Work Sharp as needed. I only use the really fine belt on the Work Shape though. If that won’t touch it up, then it’s time to go back to the Wicked Edge.

I’ve been using the v-Sharp classic for years, really like it.
As stated above, the worksharp with the fine belt is great for finishing

Edge Pro by Apex is about the best I have found if you need to tackle a variety of knives with different angled edges with your mentioned precision finish. Covers your kitchen / filet to fatter survival.

I use whetstones from Dan’s whetstone. I take em down to my translucent or surgical black stone then strop em with that green polishing compound and finish up on some clean leather. Running it through a work sharp is probably faster and just as good for all I know, I just enjoy doing it on the stones.

Sharp - as all knives should be.
