I'm going to keep the burners, discs etc on here for now and they'll liable to be here a the end. I'm in the process of makin a large flattop griddle. If that comes to we'll be able to cook alot quicker.

No not on this one. Its all or nothing. I'm borrowing this one, but plan on making my own, and it will have separate burner controls. If its done in time it will debut at Bownanza

Who forgot the cheese?

Bryan, are you bringing your woman along to help my taco delivery venture?
It'd help if she wore a Mexican themed bikini!

Default Official List

Okay so I started to try and go through and add everyone for what they already signed up for, but I gave up. Below is the official list. We are changing up a few things this year in the hopes of making the process quicker. Please copy the list and add your name as you see fit.

A few notes:
1. We plan on running with one disc for bacon only, one disc for potatoes only, and the griddle Mark (SAC) posted for the sausage, chorizo, and mixing.
2. Chris (LemmeOut) I signed you up for your potatoes and would like for you to bring your disc setup as well, please. Figured you’d be comfortable on your setup and we’ll add in the potatoes as we go.
3. We plan on using a delivery “system” (read Mexican) this year. Now I just hope Kevin (TexasTaxi) doesn’t come up “short” on his deliver…
4. In addition to the delivery we will have a cooler at the tent for holding our inventory. We’re looking for suggestions for cooler warmers. We’ve thought of fire bricks that we could put in the pits when we first get there then transfer the coolers. Any other ideas?

No problem with any of the stuff you signed me up for.

I will bring some seasonings and a couple other kitchen utensil type items that I thought might be helpful after last years experience.

Looking forward to stuffin' some tacos!

Oh and we could hook a hose up to the drain of an ice chest and have Kevin breath into it to keep the tacos warm.. With all the hot air he has he may melt the aluminum though.
