2008 Shoot Scores



Due to the fact that most shooters are not willing to wait around for their pins, we are going

to try a new system this year. We are going to use cumulative scoring for the entire season.

We will record your scores each month and keep a running total. If you can't make a shoot,

you will get a score one point lower than the lowest score posted for your division that month.

The same will apply to anyone who does not turn in a scorecard.

Example:



If you don't shoot in February and your division's lowest score for February is 256 you will receive

a score of 255. This will work as a handicap to determine your overall placement at the end of the year.

At the end of the season your ranking will be based upon the total aggregate score for the year.

Plaques will be awarded based upon aggregate scores for each division. The more you shoot, the better

your chance of posting a high aggregate score will be.



If your monthly score shows as NS it is because we did not receive a score card.

Story

It was a muddy and wet Saturday and Sunday of our opening weekend of the 2008
Club Shoots, not to mention cold, as well. This would be reason enough to believe that this weekend would be very disappointing, but low and behold, shooters were driving 2 hours to get to the shoot. ;Amazing!! especially since this was a beautiful weekend for Hunting. Our largest turnout ever for opening weekend. Yes, we are grateful.
