My guess is that the person who raised him can probably still feed him by hand. I bet they loosen the collar as he matures.

We had one of them walking around a couple years ago. The collar had a name written on it. When to possum cop caught wind of it, the neighbors whose name was on the collar got a not so nice talkin to.
