Does anyone not use feeders or plant food plots on private land ? I have 40 acres in ETX. I am surrounded by deer leases an hardly ever see any deer. I am not able to plant food plots and I am running 2 feeders with plain corn. I have tried flavored corn and rice bran but nothing comes to anything. I mow the pipeline and trails. Should I just let it grow up and hand corn on the ground? Thanks for any advice.

I need to try the vanilla corn.

I hung a stand in an oak bottom this year in early November after seeing a bunch of acorns on the ground but didn't see much.

It wasn't until mid-late December that they really started hitting them.

So, there's another source they prefer and I haven't figured it out myself either.
