"Unless you Practice to be perfect". Today riley wasn't 100% focused on roping her dummy so I pulled her off roping her dummy and told her this.. this applies to all sports.

Heard and said for years as a ball player and coach. Perfect practice makes perfect. Couldn't agree more. -
If something is bothering a person to the point that they're not focused on their passion, then even if it's not perfect, their soul needs the imperfect practice more than their practice needs to be perfect.
As a coach, one must guide them, and correct them so they don't ingrain bad form etc.... but know that there are more important things than doing something perfectly.
