It is already a felony to possess guns without a license simply to own the gun in Chicago so they are very rare and there is very little violence.

Will they raise the ago to join the armed forces to 21? I wouldn't want any 18-21 year olds having a gun!

I am with you here. If you are going to give them responsibility of an adult give them full privilege of an adult.
