The pregnant doe wasn't laying down but the other two were and got up when I pulled onto the pasture. The first one is a crop, the second one isn't. I thought it was odd with the pregnant doe in the full sun and the young doe in the shade of a tree.

Anyone know what type of flowers these are? Thanks for looking.

Nice shots Bill, very saturated. I am not sure what that flower is but you see them all over the place.

Thanks! Yeh I added to the saturation and not sure I like it. I have also noticed that when I re-size using XP power toy re-sizer that the smaller image has greater saturation than the original. I need to put the Cokin on this lens when the sun is UP!

Great pics Bill. Just curious, but does your camera shoot 4:3 ratio or 6:4?

Thanks guys. Kevin it is 4:3 ratio.

Bill, I think those are Texas Prickly Poppies.

              Great shots, by the way.

Those are nice, Bill. They don't appear overly saturated on my monitor. The 2nd one is maybe a little more saturated than the first, but not overdone IMO. Nice!

Prickly poppies, some folks call them fried eggs

I really like that first image, the depth of field worked out nicely.
