Default Dorito Dutch Oven Enchiladas

If you need an easy Dutch Oven deer camp recipe this will do the trick, and it's kid-friendly. We precooked the taco meat at home so it literally took 5 minutes to throw together when we were camping this summer.

Here's the step-by-step recipe. http://www.mywildkitchen.com/dorito-...en-enchiladas/.

Or you can download the full page PDF here: Dorito Dutch Oven Enchiladas Full Page Recipe Card.pdf.

Thanks for following along!

CW,

I clicked the link and saw the vacation pics (happy kids) and great food and can only conclude that Coach is a very lucky man. Will try the dish this fall, thanks for sharing your recipe.

That looks great. I would assume that Doritos mean nacho cheese...if they wanted plain I would think it would just say corn chips.

Looks delicious, I'm going to have to try it.
I'm even more excited to try your homemade enchilada sauce!
Thanks for sharing and to help settle the debate everyone knows that regular Doritos are the ones that come in the red bag (which are the nacho cheese flavor)

My wife makes a version of this with her grandmother's red chile recipe. The teenager and her friends can destroy it as they love it so much.
