Default Calling FEMA

If you've been trying to reach FEMA and getting the hours long wait here is a trick to help. They start answering phones at 6 AM . Call at 6 AM ! Julie has done this yesterday and this morning and got somebody on the line within 10 minutes both days. Good luck!

So sorry to read about yours and your parent's house Doug.

Insurance adjuster showed up at my daughter's/mother-in-law's house today, a day earlier than they expected.
