Got everything to stand and was getting my arrow out to do a practice pull in 3 directions as I usually do and I could not believe what I forgot.

Still had my 100 grain field tips on my 3 arrows.

Crap. Making run to academy for some blades.

Oh well.

My release also stays strapped to my bow handle if it's not on my wrist, even when I put my bow in the case. That way if I forget other stuff at least I still have the essentials to get the job done.

Been there! Did it one am and noticed in the dark. Ran to truck and grabbed the correct quiver. Ended up killing a nice mule deer. Don’t sweat it, it’s a long season.

First year for a crossbow in our house, got my wife set up and had forgot the cocking rope in the truck. Trotline string done the job lol

Came back from Arkansas yesterday evening. On my way back went to check my phone.....left it in AR. It cost me my alarm this morning. The alarm on my iPad did not work for me. Woke up at 6:30am. Flew to the ranch and spooked 13 deer off my stand. Didn’t see anything else.

Always remember to take some hockey tickets or reachback. Half way to the stand it will hit. That low growl and rumbling pain from those breakfast burritos.

I didn't take a thermacell and got ate up by skeeters. I never carry one though but will start taking it.

Some also forgot to tell the deer they needed to come out.
