From those pics I would call him middle-age. Long and lanky post rut buck, which would make me lean more towards a 3 yr old.

He does not look mature....I would go with 3.5 also.....shows some great potential.

I would say he is mature, just run down from chasing does. His belly hangs below his knee which indicates a thick mid section and his brisket has some "sag" to it, both indicators of a mature animal.

Just from those photos, he's either 3 or 8. Would have to see more photos or on the hoof to make the call if hes coming up or going down. Have you got to see him in person this season?

He showed up for the first time, I have never saw him my initial thoughts are 4.5. He was running the other bucks off in the pictures so I figure he is mature atleast.
