It looks like Staten Island is overrun with deer and they will not allow any hunting but since the rate of vehicle accidents have skyrocketed, the libs have a plan to fix it.

They hired a company to help spend the taxpayers money and for the last 3 years, they have been darting bucks and performing a surgical vacectomy and released them back into the "wild". They have treated 1,154 vasectomies so far to the tune of $3.3 million! That's about $2,900 per buck. That would buy a pile of broadheads!

I wonder if they loose their sex drive once they get cut. If not then it would be easy pickings for the buck who still had his juevos, and no real solution to the problem at all. If nothing changes other than the deer that was cut is shooting blanks then I could see this helping some. I don't understand why they wouldn't just sell hunting permits...
