I’m 38 hours into a 72-hr fast. Feeling lightheaded and nauseous. Is this normal? Time to bail?

I bailed at 38.5 hours. My stomach has been in knots since midnight and was dizzy all morning. I don’t plan to go that long again, or maybe work up to 72.[emoji1743]*[emoji3603]
Thinking maybe a 24-hr fast, a couple times a week, might be more my speed for now.
