Ford guys need fuse help. 7 pin plug.

When I hook the plug up to the truck everything works but the electric jack. I'm thinking it's a fuse but can't figure out which one.

Did it ever work? Are you sure you have 12v to the rear? If so it may be the one labeled something like 12 v charging in your book.

Yes we hooked it up to another truck and the jack work.

Check the trailer auxiliary fuse. The plug cover is probably labeled for which prong it is. Use a test light or multimeter to make sure it’s getting power when the key is on.

Now why didn't I think of that!!!!
Maybe because it was pouring down rain when we were trying to get it hooked up.

Not the jack but the 12v on your plug. I have heard multiple times where the plug didn't have 12 volts running to it.

Try to use multimeter like someone says here. I have the same problem last year, but I don't repair it by myself. If you haven't this tool, you can read about it here.

I think it is a little late bud, thread was from September of last year.
