Default Quail Day Leases?

Anyone here on the GS do any day lease for quail ($$ per hunter per day or per weekend)? I was curious if yall did, does it turn out ok? Get some crappy places or good places? Normal size of the properties? Most importantly how much do you pay a day per person or for the weekend per person? Thanks!!!

Are you talking about preserve hunts? Day leases for places with wild birds is not very common.

Send me a pm with what you want. I work with some outfitters that run quail trucks

We did a couple of day hunts last year on our Okla place after deer season was over
we charged 150 per gun a day
I've heard different prices on other places, whatever you try make sure they got plenty of land, and ask them how many hunters they book or how many have already hunted ahead of you already
If they got plenty of birds it's worth trying if they don't have enough birds you can be "paying too much to go walk around" not finding birds
If your on a place with good birds where your dogs can find good coveys you could spend all day on a few hundred acres
Hope this gives you a idea or maybe a ballpark range
