Biggest I saw was in Pleasanton. Approx 36".
Still regret killing it.

Dang! That's a huge one. Stretched out without any kinks in it it'd go 41" or maybe a little more. That one needed a few more years. I wonder how freshly killed that snake was when the picture was taken?
