True that. After the first year your escrow account will correct itself, sometimes in your favor but sometimes not- just get ready for an adjustment which can sometimes mean more outgo towards the note until it stabilizes. ( it Adjust year to year)
Meaning, don't bank on your current house note as being YOUR house note - some people get surprised with more being asked in the years following your first year.
