Jalapeno Jelly
7 jalapenos, w/ seeds, chopped
4 bell peppers, de-seed, de-veined, chopped
1 cup apple cider vinegar
5 cups sugar
6 oz pectin
Chop up jalapenos. De-seed and de-vein bell peppers and chop.
Put jalapenos and bell peppers in blender with 1 cup apple cider vinegar and blend. Pour blended mixture in large pot and add sugar.
Heat to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes.
Add pectin. Boil for anuther 5 minutes.
Add green food coloring to your liking.
Put in mason jars and seal and let cool.
We like to pour it over a brick of cream cheese and eat with crackers. Works well with pork chop recipe.
