Are there any reputable processors in the area?

Lol, 2 separate locations. My family loved the sausage and snack sticks

Overalls in new caney. Rickey makes awesome sausage.

The processor and taxi are not in the same building or even on the same property.

R&D Processing at Wood and Waters Taxidermy on Treshwig by Carter's Country and Texas Archery. Good people and product.

Just tried the jalapeño/sausage from C&D and was very good.

Maxwells in Crosby, it’s a bit of a drive but sooooooooo worth it. We made the switch five years ago and haven’t looked back. Trust me, we usually process around four or five per year and this place is top notch.
