2 to judge, broken rack?

Hey guys, got two bucks coming in regular. One appears to have a broken rack. Does this count as a spike? I think the busted up one is 3-4 and the other is 2.5. Would y'all shoot them?

If its an unbranched antler he is legal. Looks like hes legal to me. Got any side pics? The 2nd buck looks like he has super short g3s. If they are I would take him and let the broken one live.

I can't tell if he first buck is broken or if it is a club that drops down off his head. It's a tough picture to tell

That is a great young buck in the bottom picture. If you really want to have a nice buck let him live 2-3 more years.
