FJ Cruiser 6" Lift Kit Instal Job

Well, I managed to do it myself. The instructions said 6-8 hours, but with my novice mechanical skills I ended up doing the job in just shy of 13 hours.

The first pic is a stock FJ, then there is one of my FJ with the 3" kit. That wasn't enough, so I ended up going for the 6" kit. I took some pictures as I went along, and wanted to share. Turned out great, and just got a realignment done. Now the buggy is begging for some 35" tires!!!!

                          VERY cool! Thanks for sharing.

Please keep me posted on your progress. I just bought a FJ a months back and am wanting to lift her up.

How was the ride with the 3" compared to the 6" from stock?
