Haven used this one yet, but I’ve never made a recipe from Hank Shaw that I didn’t like

Not made them but had them. Add some pepper jack cheese you won’t regret it.

Had them several times and honestly there's not really enough venison in them to taste any different than beef or pork. I would rather use venison for hamburger/chili meat or sausage.
