1950.00 3-4 guns? 100 ac what?

just setting around the PC here at home. in the sporting section of the Houston craigs list has a listing for 100 acres deer lease. 1950.00 so, looked into it. he wants to put 3 or 4 guns on it for 1950.00 EACH!!!!!! what grabs your eye is that the ad has the house. well guess what. that is NOT included in the lease. tell me please that this land has 10-12 deer on it. this to me is a unreal price. the "hunters" that get this, are they just going to shoot the first doe or horns that walk out?

Yeah it's pretty common. Seen a similar place around here for that much with same amount of acres.
