    Weather Apps

Opinions on the best weather app. Which one do yall like.

I have had 2. The one I liked I cannot get it anymore and the one I have now is so corrupted with Ads that you cannot use it.

In South Africa I use the following apps:
(They also worked well in the ME, Singapore, Vanuatu)

    Wunderground
    Meteoblue
    Ventusky

I can get an average of what I can expect for the next 5-7 days quite accurately when I compare the info from these apps.

I use two. The regular one that comes on the iPhone works great for down South and especially Matagorda out to SA and Uvalde. It is marginal here at home for 5-10 day forecasts.

I use Accuweather for up here at home in Idaho and across WY, Colo, and Kansas.

              Accuweather is usually pretty good.

My personal experience for the area where I live, that Weatherbug tends to be more accurate for winter forecasts. While weather underground seems to handle spring weather patterns better. I know they use different models, and based on observations, one model handles 1 season better than the other.

Summer is just hot, so it doesent really matter which. Fall is a toss up so I reference both

Wunderground and windfinder are my favorite. I also have another called Radar Now. I only use it for radar but its to pull up that app and it goes straight to your current location and gives you a radar without having to click through multiple pages and wait for them to load when you have minimal service.

Storm Radar by Weather Channel does well for me. I like the lightning alerts.

please excuse brevity and dictation errors
