I have had a Bog-Pod XSR tripod for a few years now. Recently I was on an elk hunt in New Mexico and one of the "U" shaped rests broke.
Once I got back, I looked on the internet to see where I could purchase a replacement part. I had a hard time finding the exact part, so I sent an email to their customer service department along with a picture of the broken part.
I received this in the mail today, no charge. I normally do not have good experiences with customer service. I am a fan!!
