I've written a cookbook but it's only available as an eBook, which I know is not everyone's preference. I also have a website, though, with over 250 recipes.
Here's a link to the book: http://www.mywildkitchen.com/products/ .
And a link to the website: http://www.mywildkitchen.com/ .
I've heard really good things about Hank Shaw's Buck, Buck, Moose, but my personal hesitance is that his recipes often require rare ingredients and can be a bit time consuming.
Jeremiah from http://fromfieldtoplate.com/ doesn't have a cookbook yet (that I know of) but he also has some good, doable recipes on his website.
Would love to hear of any other books too.

I grew up thinking the only way to cook venison was to fry it. Still to this day my dad makes steak out of everything he can on a deer. The rest he sends home with me to grind, etc. Nothing wrong with fried steak, taters, and some cream gravy, but it is nice to do something a bit healthier on occasion.
and here is a link to some of the posts with her recipes...

While yes, he will delve into more complicated things like charcuterie, there's plenty in there like pot roasts, chicken fried steak, chili, meatballs, burgers, stroganoff, lasagna, and tacos that are very easy to make.
