Looking for slow cooked/smoked Axis Roast recipes/marinades
Going to be trying some new marinades and recipes this weekend on two Axis Roast. One will be in the oven or crockpot and the other will be smoked. Anyone have any suggestions for some nice tender and juicy recipes/marinades?
