That’s right. Fat boy said triathlon. There’s a sprint triathlon at the end of October that I’m gonna take a shot at. I have been spending the past two weeks shocking my body into running and swimming and plan to start this schedule next week with Week 6 repeated once to add additional fitness.
Any tips for training? I am really just focused on total fitness at this point but will be reading up on strategies for surviving my first event.
