North LA/east Texas food

Coming from southern Arkansas and cutting across LA on i20, and going all the way over to Tyler, TX tonight. Any mist stop restaurants on the way? Probably more liousiana then Texas, since I won't be into Texas until 8 or so. Just thought I'd check!
