Congratulations, Clent! I've read through your writeup a couple of times now and just realized I had not replied anywhere on the thread! You did a great job recapping the hunt and bringing us along for the ride! He is an absolute beast of a deer and one I am certain you are more than happy to have had an opportunity at! Talk about being in the right place at the right time!
Sometimes those big bucks just give you a narrow window of opportunity...I'm glad you were able to capitalize on it! I can only imagine how restless you were when the issue of recovering your trophy was in doubt!
