Looks real nice, but I am with Kincaid here. Someone built the shelf on the wrong side of the riser.

That's right. It was a little buck he killed back in 02 I think, and the horns had just been sitting on a rafter on his back porch ever since. I thought it would be pretty cool to use them, so I sent them to Randy for the overlays. My son is starting to shoot trad now too, and if he sticks with it I'm eventually going to get a bow made for him. I still have the horns off of my very first deer, and I may use them for the overlays on his tips. I think it would be kind of a neat tradition.

LOL!! Sorry guys. There was a little hiccup with the riser, nobody's fault just one of those things that happens with wood sometimes I guess. But, Randy is top notch and he is taking care of me. I'm gonna send it back to him for a little repair next week when he gets home. With that said, I did get to shoot it probably 50-60 times and it really is a great shooting bow. It's really smooth and quiet, and probably the fastest trad bow I've shot. I didn't really have to do much other than set the nocking point and it was shooting good right away. The detail is absolutely amazing, just a beautiful bow. It won't take him long to get it ready to go though and then we'll be back at it!!

Are you going to try to use it this season? Looks Really Sharp, and We are supposing that you're credible on the shoot-ability. LOL

LOL yeah I'm sure I'll hunt with it some. I'll probably hunt with my Widow at first just because I've been shooting it all summer and am comfortable with it. This bow will definitely see some time in the woods though, and then I'll get really serious with it after season.
