Default Blanco y Negro Nachos

I had some awesome fish tacos in Michigan this summer and they inspired these nachos. A new twist on an old fave. Homemade tortilla chips, grilled bass, black beans, and plenty of cheese! We LOVED these nachos. And if you have leftover grilled fish from fish tacos they're ready in minutes.

I'd recommend these for your next game day.

Enjoy!

And speaking of game days, how are your local teams doing? We've had a tough season so far, but keeping their chins up!

I'm just as shocked as you! But I think they had an upper hand because it was fish and the restaurant was on the lake. And how do you screw up throwing something on a tortilla?
