Any sheet metal shop can make one for probably less than the $20 amazon prime one .If you know a sheet metal guy maybe even cheaper . I used to know the layout for it but , well its been many years .
Buy one from Amazon, take the rivets out and lay it flat on a piece of paper or cardboard and trace it out for a template. Then get you some galvanized sheet metal and make all you want.
You can also make coon guards for feeder legs---simple to do, make tabs around the center hole, and use hose clamps to attach to the legs.
