    Probably not the answer your looking for but push through the initial cravings and it’ll get better. Be carful with beef jerky as a lot of it is loaded wit sugar. In general losing weight is just (calories consumed - calories burned) if that comes out to a deficit you will lose weight. So if you really want some carbs just ramp up the training.

          Cut out sugar and simple carbs
          Portion you meals
          Increase proteins and good fats
          Increase exercise

            lifestyle change is hard at first, but then easy.. ive dropped 15-20 lbs and eliminated need for BP medicine by
            1. no sodas they are all bad. i cant say i never drink them but im down to like 1 a week and even then i dont usually finish it.
            2. no fried food. this is hardest, since its everywhere. after not eating anything fried for a good while and then i decide to try some fries or something it just about makes me nautious when i eat it.
            3. drink water.

                Spent many hours cutting hay, raking hay, baling hay, loading hay, hauling hay, feeding hay, batwing mowing pastures and brush, plus much more. Ate mainly almonds, pistachios, and other nuts while doing all the above.

                I never ate any hay.

                  I’ve also found another sure thing for burning calories. Just start digging around small honey locust trees and eventually you’ll come across a ground nest of bumble bees. The running away part and accelerated heart beat will burn some calories while yelling OUCH, OUCH, OUCH!!! Make certain you’re not allergic to bee stings or physical labor before trying this.

                    If you eat low carb high fat natural food diet, you'll be using fat for energy instead of carbs. You won't feel like you're hungry all the time. Fat is more satiating. It takes longer to metabolize than carbs.

                      For me, whenever I have a craving, especially for sweets, I eat a dill pickle. Takes the craving away immediately.

                                Nothing works without WILLPOWER.
                                Cut carbs to ZERO and just have to power through it.
                                Typically after a few weeks the cravings are gone.
                                You will crave FAT rather than sugar.
                                Fat is a GOOD thing!
