Fishing. I love hunting with a passion but fishing for me is more productive. And I can do it year round.

Hunt! Love to fish but haven't been in over a year. No way I could go that long without hunting.

I beg to differ. You've never heard my southern accent so it's spelled the way I pronounce it.

without a doubt, i'd hunt. I love the primal aspect of it plus, if you're a bad hunter and only kill one animal, you'll at least get a few meals off of it. If you're a bad fisher and only catch one trout for example, you get one meal.. just saying.

I do more fishing these days than hunting due to ease of access but if I had to choose I stick to hunting.

Fish all day long every day. Nothing better than wetting a line, drinking a beer, just relaxing and then bam! FISH ON!

Fish for me.

My count is Fish 61 and Hunt 73.

This is only explicit answers, in other words those that said hunt or fish. It doesn't count those that said if this then that, if that then this, or any other judgment call.

I'd choose to hunt....and it would be a tough call for me....I've got some real close friends that are hardcore offshore bluewater guys and own the boats to do it in, so I'm blessed to be able to do that most every weather window we get....I haven't been bay fishing in over a year...most trips we take are over nighters past the 100 mile mark

Easy. I gave up almost all fishing for and hunting when I got married. Couldn’t take the time and money for both.
Now I enjoy fishing and grew up fishing multiple times a week, but I live for hunting. 365.

I can't remember if I've commented on this thread yet. It wouldn't even be a close decision for me. I'd give up fishing in a heartbeat if it was an either/or choice.
