Sounds to me like the State of California is saying it’s teachers are racist? I mean, what other reasons could there be for such disparity? [emoji848]

In this district, if parents sign a Corporal Punishment paper, then the Principal can administer licks, but most don't because they are afraid of lawsuits and I cannot say that I blame them.

I had a kid throw a right hook to a younger kid and put him on his back with a punch to the left eye and basically nothing we can do except maybe take away a few things. There is no such thing a discipline in schools nowdays!

The educational long con from the leftist commies is coming to fruition before our eyes. This started 60-70 years ago.

exactly! without discipline you have zombieland.
earlier today I was telling my wife about this Zombie Apocalypse that is shown on t.v. ect…. bunch of B.S right?

well it may not be a bunch of rotting flesh faced a-holes; but when society breaks down, it's all the same

simply put; it is the breakdown of a society.
aka, the dream land of a socialist regime.

They know if even just half of what one pays in school taxes could be applied to a private school they would have no kids left.

One would think that would be a huge win for the public schools if homes with kids still gave half their ISD taxes to the school and then went to private school. They would be getting that half PLUS 100% of the homes with no school kids.

But they're so jacked and waste so much money it still doesn't work LOL Figure that out!
You're right about why they fight it so hard, but no decent or respected private school would take vouchers. Because with the state's money comes the state's mandates. Vouchers may work for some because corporate-run private schools might crop up to take advantage of the new funding, but soon enough those schools will face the same issues as the public schools do. Until the power is put back at the local level, things won't change. The Texas term of "Independent School District" is a freaking joke. Nothing independent about having to dance for your supper.

You nailed it. The true issue is nothing more than federal overreach. The department of education should be **** Canned and education should be returned to the states.
Hello!!! If it’s not in the constitution it should be relegated to the states via the 10th ammendmemt!
