I cooked up some stuff mushrooms today and they were good. Here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
Mushrooms-the bigger the better
Sausage- I used HEB brand smoke sausage
Parmesan Cheese
Cream Cheese
Take the stem out of the mushroom and bake on 350 for 7 to 8 minutes. Cook the sausage in a pan, sprinkle with the parmesan to taste. Let it cool and mix in the cream cheese. Stuff the mushrooms with the sausage and cheese mixture and bake again for about 10 minutes or so.
