I cook this one a lot too. It takes about 15 minutes total. It goes fast everytime I've done it. This will feed 2-3. Adjust as needed.
2lbs beef tips or any other meat cut into 1-2" chunks
Olive oil
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper
1/4 c Brown mustard
2 tbls Honey
1 tsp Chipotle powder
Sear the beef tips in the olive oil, garlic and salt/pepper until they are like you like them. I prefer medium.
Mix the brown mustard, honey and chipotle thoroughly. The measurements are just guesses. I just eyeball it and keep going until it is the right spicyness. When the beef tips are done, coat them in the mustard mix and serve. Black beans and wild rice go great with this.
