Front shot of that browtine deer. He’s not very old so we’ll see what he does. 5 or 6 new bucks showed up this week (2-3 yr olds). Maybe a couple of our larger bucks are still around. Some cooler weather this next week will sure help.

6/10" in Sterling yesterday. 0 in Irion.

Heard around Mertzon got 1.5".

Heard there were places around Big Lake with 3 - 4.5"

We got rain yesterday but no idea how much just saw it in cam

finally made it to the ranch for the first time this summer and it was not near as dry as expected. Deer look healthy for the most part. Didnt have any cameras running so im not exactly sure what all is coming in.

I missed a Bobcat with my shotgun (60 yard with #8 shot) and killed a little rattle snake and 7 dove. pretty good weekend for the most part.
