lol ...Yeah the Banditos is fully open as well. Was packed when I drove by earlier. My neighborhood is fairing out pretty well despite the conditions. The developer of Summer Lakes deserves some sort of award.

Just got done eating some pho from over there. We're in bridlewood and doing pretty well it gapps slough may be an issue for us overnight. I hope not but we'll see. It's about half ways up my yard and rising right now, it's at it's highs from yesterday.

I've looked at flood maps and think I am pretty stuck. My street is still draining well. I'm concerned, but not panicked yet. I will raise a flag if i see the streets here holding water.

Doing that with non replacables now.

We're still dry at the house. Everything is flooded around the neighborhood, but not sure how much more water we can take.
