Generator reviews?

Searched for generator reviews but didn't find anything. Looking for advice on a good portable generator. Thinking 8,000-10,000. Purpose will be to run camper and more importantly, storms that knock out power. Let's hear your thoughts, please. Thanks in advance

I can't speak highly enough about Honda.

You can't beat a Honda! I have a 2000 for misc. use and a 6500 inverter (really quiet ) for my trailer and storm outages at home. I installed a dual fuel kit on the 6500 so I can run it on gas or propane.

Thanks! After some other conversations, it looks like the Honda inverter 6is the one I'll go with. Not cheap but appears quality is there and not as loud. Hope it last forever!
