Man that's sweet. We were gonna build grapple teeth for our skidsteer but we just bought one at Richie Bros auctions cheap.

3/4" plate, beveled with plasma cutter on both sides and sharpened with grinder....for giggles.

outside hinge area boxed & gusseted. I'm afraid the weak link is the inside. Not sure what I'm going to do about that.

It's all looking good. Maybe a little over kill but better safe than sorry.

3/8" x2" rails/ trusses for the arms/pipes. Feeling more confident in it not bending now.

Using 3000 psi cylinder, 2.5" bore, 10" stroke. Online calculator puts it at just under 15,000 lbs of force.
