For the "real" welders: Want to quote this pallet cart?

I need a couple of pallet carts for here in the shop. I can weld, and make them but dont have the time, and Im a poor welder. I have found a suitable one online, but was wondering if one could be made more simply, with 3" x 1/4" angle, 28-30" high. 48" x 42" wide or so ( maybe 48" x 48" ? ) to hold full size pallet, and a capacity of at least 3000lb. 6" Casters on all 4 corners.

Like this ( link below ) but not adjustable height, and no need for the stabilizer or whatever that is between the casters.

No need for the push handle or the solid deck.

Im north of Magnolia, would be willing to pick up ( or pay for delivery ) within maybe 100mi max

Not asking for a buddy deal, I am a business looking for a well built cart.

    Thanks

You need it powder coated, painted, or can it be raw?

Disregard, I read the last 1/4 or your post...

So you just need a 48x48 cart for moving full pallets around?

I gues does a cart like this help with ergonomics for workers to load a pallet at waist high rather than on floor level? I’ve never seen something like this used.

Yes, it makes it easier for them to pick up the parts, or to wrap a strap around them. The wheels make it easier to move the full pallets around the shop without a forklift. Less lifting from floor height, and less forklift traffic is the primary goal ( worker safety )

To be clear, no height adjustment needed. All welded solid. The 2 pieces in the middle of the top frame just need to be equally spaced.
