F250 Side Mirror - CRUNCH!

I broke mine on 08 Chevy. Was going to cost $497 to replace. I bought a round tractor mirror at the hardware store for $9 and zip tied it on there. This was in '10 and it's still there.

Never mind I have one buts its for a 2017.
I bet you can get one cheap at the junk yard. It’s easy to take off. You can also buy just the mirror it pops out and pops in

On a 2008 f150 you have to pull the whole door panel off.
you tube is your friend. Once I got all the screws out, you have to pull it up off the clips that hold it on. not that hard, but without
youtube, I would have broken the panel.

Probably better off getting a new mirror. If you go that route they’re super easy to install.

Super easy to change. eBay has folks that sell individual sides for a fairly good price. To change it you drop the door panel off and remove a few wires to the switches. It’s 4 nuts to take off and the mirror pops right off. I changed both of mine in less than an hour.

Uninsured motorist coverage....$250 deductible. I swear, I came out and it was “crunched”!!

To the Op. order one off amazon, pop the corner bolt cover off, remove the switch panel on door panel, disconnect electrical connectors, take out the 4 screws, remove 4 nuts on mirror studs, unplug connector from mirror, rout the new connector from new mirror, then reassemble. Super simple!
