Dog kennel made from Shed

Has anyone ever worked on something like this? I'm thinking about making my dogs a kennel from a shed.

I've had the same picture saved on my phone for almost two years now. I know if I build it mama would want my dog left outside, my baby is an indoor dog.

He has access to the whole house and just sleeps in his kennel, comes in an out as he pleases cause the whole yard is fenced an the kennel he sleeps in has never been closed since he was about two months old.

Our 2 labs used to have access to the house, it just got too dirty. Not they camp out on the porch, which stays filthy. I thought it would be nice to give them there only place to sleep. They have free reign of 2 acres during the day
