Buying Accessories….Need Help for Mother’s Day

Following is a list of camera items on my wife’s want/wish list. I would like to get her something from the list for mother’s day. Any recommendations as to what I should get and where to get it from?

Tripod options:
-Manfrotto 190xb
-Manfrotto 055xprob
-Gitzo GT2330

Ballhead options:
-Gitzo G-1278M with G-2285MB Quick Release (holds 13 lbs)
-Gitzo G-1178 with G-2285M Quick Release (holds 8.8 lbs)

Top-mounted flash:
-Nikon SB-700

I know absolutely nothing about cameras or where to buy gear so any input is appreciated.

You might find stuff cheaper elsewhere but B&H is the big dog that has a rep for getting everything right the first time.

Thanks for the link. Looks like one of the items has been discontinued. The prices are in the ballpark of what she has been talking.
