Before I heard about the 6.5 Saum the 26 nosler had my interest. I think right now the jury is still out on barrel life with the 26 nosler. I've heard everything from 400 rounds up to 1800, pretty much all speculation.

Most of the ammo I've seen for the 26 nosler is in the $70 range, although midway has a couple of boxes on sale for ~$36 right now. Brass is kinda pricey too at $50+ per 25.

That's ALL I needed - to have yet ONE MORE caliber to drool over. Lol! Good grief Charlie Brown. Y'all are killing me. Lol!
